Hi, I’m Colleen.
I’ve called Niagara home my entire life, and for the past 26 years, I’ve worked in the helping field supporting people through some of the hardest parts of their lives.
One of the things I care about most is creating a space where you can feel safe enough to be yourself. You don’t have to have the right words, have everything figured out, or worry about being judged. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable with the person sitting across from you. My style is warm, down-to-earth and genuine. I’ll listen, support you, and when it’s helpful, gently challenge you too.
I work with people experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness and the many ways life can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from ourselves. I’m also an LGBTQ+ ally and committed to providing an affirming space where people of all identities and backgrounds are treated with respect.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a lifelong Niagara resident and a serious dog lover. I value humour, connection and being human with people. After 26 years in this field, I still genuinely love the work I do and the privilege of getting to know the people who trust me with their stories.
You don’t need to know exactly where to start. We can figure that out together.
